Westpac銀行でのアメリカンエキスプレス T/Cの現金化手数料は、
固定で＄８だそうです☆

一枚当たり…ではなく、
一回当たりですよね？？
そうすると、今私が持っている＄400($200×2)を現金化すると、
2％の手数料になりますね。
かなり大きな額を交換しないかぎり、あまりお得とは言えませんね。

フレキシビリティを考慮すると、
クレジットカード、デビットカード、国際キャッシュカードに軍配があがりますね。

小切手の時代は終わり、カードの時代ですか。
